What is your return policy during the holiday period?
Products purchased as holiday gifts after November 18th will be eligible for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card through February 1st. Gift returns must still meet our standard return qualifications.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and all customized products are final sale.
I need my order by Christmas. By when should I order?
Have a last-minute gift to purchase? Not a problem! To ensure your package arrives in time for the Holidays, review the order cutoff dates below and select the appropriate shipping method at checkout.
12/16 at 12:00pm ET: Last day to order and ship via Standard for delivery by Christmas Day.
12/18 at 12:00pm ET: Last day to order and ship via 3 Day for delivery by Christmas Day.
12/19 at 12:00pm ET: Last day to order and ship via 2 Day for delivery by Christmas Day.
12/20 at 1:00pm ET: Last day to order and ship via Next Day for delivery by Christmas Day.
While we offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders, our expedited shipping options (3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional cost.

We offer digital gift cards that can be purchased here. The email address used in the order will receive the gift card code and can be forwarded or printed to the recipient.

How can I change my order?
Our team tries to ship orders as fast as possible so in some cases it might be too late to change or cancel an order. What is my order status?
You will receive emails that update you on the status of your order (e.g., when the items ship, tracking numbers, etc.). You can also log in to view your order status in your account settings.

When will I receive my order?
Online orders ship within 1-2 business days and require an additional business day for personalized items. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders are processed and delivered on business days. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please add order processing time together with the time indicated on your preferred shipping method (i.e. 3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day, etc).

Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and they will not be left at the door.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Our online store offers in person pick up at our Miami Headquarters location. Please select "Pick Up" at checkout if you wish to use this option.

Since our earliest of days in business, we set out with one goal in mind. High quality leather goods at affordable prices. Thanks to strategic planning with our international production partners and careful selection of our premium materials, we are able to charge much less for higher quality goods than our competitors.
Do you run sales and promotions?
Due to our affordable prices when compared to competitors and our pursuit of quality, we rarely offer discounts on our products unless it's in our Final Sale section and other promotional periods from time to time. We truly do feel we offer the best value for your money in our industry especially given we offer a lifetime guarantee.

Where are your products manufactured?
For over the last 50 years, our products have exclusively been produced in Colombia, South America. Learn more about our story and why we pick Colombia for our production needs.
Do your goods come with a warranty?
Our products are backed by our Lifetime Guarantee on all manufacturing defects. We do not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Please read more here.
Shipping
We utilize UPS & USPS to ship out our orders. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping within the Continental United States and to Canada. Please visit our shipping page to learn more about our shipping policies.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional business day for monogrammed goods. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

What are your shipping fees?
We offer flat rate shipping options depending on what items you are ordering. To see what rates are available, head to the checkout page and you will see shipping options you can select from.
My package is lost/stolen. What can I do?
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen. If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it the next few hours.
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but cannot be found.
If the address is a freight forwarder or the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Do you ship international?
We can ship to most countries and territories. All applicable rates can be found at the check out page. We proudly use FedEx to ship all international orders.
Will I be charged taxes and duties?
Please note that your international purchase may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our site. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
Shop Pay Installments
What is Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time - interest free.
How do I use Shop Pay Installments?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Shop Pay Installments as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Shop Pay and provide payment details, and returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Purchases between $50 USD to $17,500 USD are eligible for Shop Pay Installments, with options to:
Pay in 4 for purchases $50 to $999
- Interest-free payments every 2 weeks
- No impact to your credit score
Pay monthly for purchases $150 to $17,500
- 3, 6, or 12-month terms
- Rates from 0-36% APR
- No impact to your credit score to apply
How does the payment schedule work?
After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card.
Am I eligible?
To pay for an order using Shop Pay Installments, the following eligibility criteria apply:
- You need to have a United States billing address, and be signed up for Shop Pay.
- Your order needs to be between 50 USD and 17,500 USD, including shipping and taxes.
- If you're ordering a physical product that requires shipping, then you need to provide a United States shipping address. If you're only purchasing digital products, then a United States shipping address isn't required.
- For orders split into four bi-weekly payments, you need to pay with a supported credit card or debit card.
- For orders paid for in monthly installment payments, you can only pay with a supported debit card.

What happens if I need to return a purchase I made with Shop Pay Installments?
If you changed your mind, you can return your Shop Pay Installments purchase to us. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return Policy. Shop Pay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay Installments is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Shop Pay Installments-eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders. In addition, Shop Pay Installments cannot be used for orders under $50.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Our products are manufactured from the highest quality materials we can make and source. If for some reason you are not happy with your LAND Leather purchase, you have 30 days from when your order is delivered to request a return/exchange. Please visit our return & exchange policy to learn more.
Do you offer free returns/exchanges?
While we are able to offer pre-paid return labels, we do not offer free returns at this time.
We will supply a one time pre-paid label for exchanges at no cost to you.

How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return.
Why was I charged a restocking fee?
Please note we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if the product is not returned in it's original condition, unworn, with all tags.
Can I return a gift?
Gift returns are subject to our return/exchange policy. You have two options for refunding a gift return: 1.) We can issue you an online LAND Leather Goods gift card for the full refund amount, or 2.) we can issue a refund to the original payment method.

Can I return or exchange an item I bought from your last chance section?
All items from our Final Sale, Sample Sale and Mis-Monogrammed sections are marked final sale and are non-refundable/exchangeable.
I bought something in a store; how can I return/exchange it?
