I am a loyal LAND customer for over 20 years and a recent online purchaser. Because of the sterling reviews on the Ladies Mystery Wallet I decided to take a chance and believe me when I say I was not disappointed in the least. It's as though LAND read my mind. They sent me a wallet in the colour and with all the features that I normally look for and then some. Because of this I will be ordering more for my relatives as Christmas gifts.
I was first introduced to Land purses while on a cruise when we stopped in Roseau, Dominica. I was really impressed with the quality of the purses and wallets, etc.. And I loved that every Land item comes with a Lifetime warranty!! A huge plus!! The store staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable too. And I loved the fact that unlike most cruise destinations the staff was not pushy. They let me shop at my own pace and politely answered all of my questions. I purchased my very first Land purse there.
I loved it so much that when I returned home I went to the Land website and I decided to buy some Land wallets to go with my purse. I opted to purchase the Ladies Mystery wallet box. They were shipped in a very timely manner, but unfortunately UPS misdelivered the package to a different address. I emailed Land and within about an hour I received a response back from Karl at Land he told me that they were going to look it to the problem. He sent me about 3 emails in about an hour telling me that they would take care of it.
I ended up getting my package delivered a day later. When I opened my package they were packaged beautifully and I was so impressed with the quality and designs of both wallets. They were exactly the wallets that I would have chosen personally. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and designs of the wallets and I am especially impressed with the customer service that was given to me. They have gained a Land customer for life!!!
